PH62 keeps an eye on betting behavior to spot any unusual patterns, and we reserve the right to look into anything that seems suspicious. While an investigation is underway, your account might be placed on temporary hold.

Under this PH62 policy, all financial transactions are fully transparent—every transaction is settled in Philippine Pesos (₱) with no hidden fees.

• All withdrawal requests must be processed using the exact same payment method and the same account holder name that you used when making your deposit.
• You are required to complete KYC verification before your first cashout request can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal at PH62 is ₱500. Your daily withdrawal limit will depend on your account tier.
• To prevent money laundering, PH62 may review any unusual withdrawal requests before processing them.

PH62's bonuses and promos are made to be player-friendly, but they don't activate automatically. You have to meet certain conditions before the offer becomes valid.

• Harassing other members, or engaging in harmful behavior.
• Impersonating PH62 staff, or giving a false identity.

There are certain situations where PH62 may need to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account. These include the following:

• When you breach any of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
• If you provide false or incomplete details during the KYC verification process.
• If your account has been inactive for a period longer than twelve months.
• When a court order or a directive from legal authorities requires us to do so.
• If you personally request account closure, including for self-exclusion purposes.

In most cases, PH62 will notify you through email or SMS before going ahead with an account closure. However, if the violation is serious enough, we reserve the right to act immediately without any prior warning.
